First time Creations Contest entrant Ila Dezarn hit the proverbial framing jackpot with this colorful Prisma frame chock full of personality. It was a family matter for the customer who brought the piece in, as they are related to Buff Monster (the artist) - a graffiti artist and graphic designer extraordinaire.
Known for happy characters living in brightly colored bubbly landscapes, he’s painted murals all over the world and is even included in Banksy’s Oscar-nominated documentary Exit Through the Gift Shop. How cool is that?
“My customer already had a love for Prisma frames and knew that this art needed a Prisma to make it complete,” Ila shared. “It really was a no-brainer.”
A simple frame design yet exploding with bright, happy vibes pays homage to the artist’s mantra of using bold colors, bright lines and funny characters to make the world a better place. It indeed looks like it was made for this piece of art - an amazing party trick our clearly colorful line of acrylic frames has a tendency to pull off like no other.
The customer plans to hang this piece in their office to inspire moments of levity and happiness throughout the day - a perfect place to spark joy celebrating the perfect framing match.
