MEET PILSEN

We had to start with a collection close to both our heart and our home. Pilsen draws its roots from the streets of Chicago, specifically the vibrant neighborhood of the same name—a place where murals climb brick walls, music drifts from open doorways and community life fills every corner. Once anchored by immigrant families and industry, Pilsen today is a haven for Chicago’s artists. Landmarks like Thalia Hall stand as reminders of its storied past while also housing the creative energy of its present day.

Pilsen also pays homage to the bold graphic tradition of Mexican printmaking. Inspired by artist José Guadalupe Posada, whose calaveras and relief prints remain iconic, the line reflects the same sense of texture, shadow and storytelling. Much like Posada’s work, the finishes in Pilsen balance bold contrasts with hand-worn warmth—echoing the cultural dialogue that also defines the Chicago neighborhood.

With two refined profiles and seven finishes named for the city’s color stories, Pilsen captures Chicago in frame. Tres Leches is soft and familiar, recalling the kitchens that line 18th Street. Aztlan Gold glows like the sun hitting a mural’s edge. Posada Black offers high-contrast depth, a nod to printmaking’s relief lines. Bohemia Blue and Thalia Teal splash vibrancy like painted facades, while El Morado Mural and Midway Marigold bring festival brightness into every day framing.

Pilsen also shines in how it meets the art it surrounds. These mouldings are equally at home framing a bold city photograph, a vibrant folk-inspired heart, or even a black-and-white Posada print.

From Chicago’s streets to Posada’s prints, Pilsen captures art, color and culture designed to inspire. More than mouldings—it’s the city, framed. Welcome to Pilsen.
