Review of WCAF 2020
What a show! So nice to see your smiling faces and thank you for stopping by the booth! Of course, like most of you we had a lot of apprehension about the changes to the show this year. For Bella, the changes were good. If you were not able to attend, here's a peek at what you missed and what's coming soon from Bella Moulding and Prisma Frames.
WELCOME TO THE RIO
We at Bella give the Rio a (mostly) thumbs up. On the plus side, the convention center is actually nicer than the Paris. It’s a pleasantly short and quiet stroll from the rooms to the convention area. The lighting in the convention center is much better, the outdoor food options were a hit and booth set-up and take-down was a breeze. There was some grumbling last year about the location being off the strip. I don’t know about you, but with all the classes, parties, meetings and time on the show floor, my dance card was completely full and there was no time at all to miss the strip. On the down side, dinner options were a bit limited, but not dismal. Really the only major complaint we have is the condition of the hotel rooms. While comfy enough, they do not live up to the colorful Brazilian promise in the casino’s name. My room was a sad, sad rainbow of every shade of brown. :(
Thank goodness we had extra cheerful sparkle in our booth!

We packed so much awesome framing and glitter into every surface of our tiny booth. Sample orders from the show will start shipping out in March. We are also all on the edge of our seats anxiously awaiting some very exciting updates to our Prisma Visualizer program - coming your way this spring!
The Bella moulding intros include lines of smoldering veneers, rich gem tone metallics and ornate gold and silvers with a modern-medieval twist. More pictures, details and information to be revealed here on the blog in March. The new Prisma ready-made options are our earth-magnet Priti frames - now with painted backs in seven color options.
AURA YOU HAVING ANY FUN YET?
In the spirit of colorful frames and living our most colorful lives, we tried something a little out-of-the-box at our Monday evening customer appreciation party — an aura photographer. The lovely Renee checked in with our chakras and explained what looked good and what areas were looking a little rusty. Many - believers and non-believers alike - were amazed at her insight. Others were amazed by the private rooftop venue with view, pool and unicorn!
