New Bella FALL 2023: Jardin and Gelato
Gardens and gelato. Gelato and gardens. Eating gelato in a garden…what’s not to love? Our two latest Fall 2023 introductions, Jardin and Gelato, are certainly inspired by the finer things in life and we’re confident will make for #bellabeautiful creations in any way, shape or form.
JARDIN
Elegant and classic with an air of formality, we’re excited to introduce our brand new Jardin line for fall, inspired by the beauty and distinction of French garden design. Of course, we wouldn’t be paying proper homage to our Italian roots if we did not mention that it’s commonly accepted that French-style gardens were originally inspired by Italian garden design - lush landscapes full of evergreen and blooming plants, pergolas with fragrant climbing vines and natural stone.
The French version takes on a bit more precision and symmetry with trimmed hedges and shrubs, simple color palettes and straight lines. That symmetry comes front and center with the Jardin Treillis mouldings, geometrically-inspired frames in colors such as Bordeaux Brick and Soil Black.
The romantic side of a French garden comes pouring through in the Jardin Foliage Cap with leaf-like designs throughout, as well as the Jardin Vigne inspired by flowing and flowering vines. All three styles of the complete Jardin line keep with the simple, nature-inspired color palette in rich hues such as Sun King Gold, Aqua Vert, Fountain Grey and Delphinium Blue.
Using Jardin to frame botanical and nature derived artwork is a no-brainer, but we also love it on pieces that feel a little more celebratory. Case in point, a three-dimensional piece showcasing three Prosecco muselets with their caps, framed after being consumed in a French-inspired garden. Che bello.
GELATO
Though the final days of a sunny summer have set, it’s never too late to be moved by ice cream - or in our case, Italian Gelato. If your memory can take you all the way back to 2015, you’ll recall we initially launched this line of cloud-like mouldings inspired by eight different Italian ice cream flavors.
Fast-forward eight years later (like how we did that?) and we’ve got seven new tiny profiles for you in this existing fan favorite. With a 9/16” face, this more petite profile will be perfect for subtle and simple frame jobs, or used as an inner frame on a stacked combo - a Gelato “pairing” of sorts.
And just so we can make you a little bit hungry, a reminder menu on the existing colors: Frutti Di Bosco, Pistachio, Limoncello, Menta, Rosmarino, Amaretto and Espresso.
