New Bella WINTER 2024: Trulli
A new year brings with it new ideas, new perspectives and new, fresh energy. So it’s only fitting that we’re kicking off 2024 with a series of Bella introductions - all brand new lines!
First up, a verdant collection inspired by one of the most charming architectural experiences in Italy.
MEET TRULLI
Is staying in a completely unique property on your 2024 vacay bucket list? You’re not alone. (There’s even an entire OMG! category on AirBnB dedicated to this very idea.) If we can add one to your list, explore the Trulli or Trullo houses that are prevalent in the Puglia region of Italy.
Topped by conical roofs and made of limestone, these iconic houses continue to be a subject of fascination for architects and engineers. Originating as early as the 14th century, today these protected structures are very popular choices for travelers, not just for their unique structures but for the beauty of the surrounding landscape of the Pugliese countryside - the red earth, the olive groves, the deep blue skies all surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens.
Can’t escape to the Italian countryside just yet? Bring a piece of that wanderlust energy to your next framing project with our Trulli line. A slim profile makes it a sophisticated choice for any project, but it’s the seven landscape-inspired finishes - all with a silver wash - that we love most. From Poppy Red and Adriatic Blue to Limestone White - these richly textured frames can work with just about any style of art.
Case in point? We leaned into the Rolling Green and Spring Yellow finishes to frame up some very mid-century-esque verdant photographs, because the beauty of all different landscapes should be celebrated. We think the original Italian Trulli builders would agree.
